A large genus of plants with a wide range of growth habits. Most are very floriferous and have bell-shaped flowers, blooming late spring into summer. Plants prefer sunny locations with well-drained soils. Shear back after flowering to encourage the plant to rebloom.

Blooms up to 4 weeks earlier than Clips, great vigor and uniformity, 1.5" cup shaped, violet blue flowers and dark green foliage. Deer resistant. Attracts hummingbirds.

Uses: landscape, garden beds, mass plantings, cut flowers
Morning sun, afternoon shade
Blooms late spring, early summer and again late summer.
Prefers well drained medium soil
Height: 5" - 7" tall
