Coral Bells Heuchera 'Obsidian'
Coral Bells Heuchera 'Obsidian'

Obsidian boasts rounded, shiny leaves of black satin; the blackest of foliage that just refuses to fade.

As a group, the Hybrid Coral Bells offer the gardener a tremendous new range of foliage colours, especially for shady areas. This selection forms a mound of large, smooth jet-black leaves, probably the darkest form to date. Sprays of creamy flowers appear in June. In warm regions this is best in part to full shade. Excellent in the border, for edging, or in tubs and mixed containers. Foliage should not be trimmed back in the fall, but plants may be tidied up in spring by removing any withered or tired-looking leaves. Evergreen.

Blooms late summer to fall. Winter hardy, Container plant. Attracts butterflies. Deer resistant. Cut flower.
