Menta spicata, full sun, perennial plant hardy to zones 5-9, leaves are used to make jelly, herbal teas and iced drinks such as Mint Juleps. Robust growth. Can be grown in containers or in the ground, but is known for its aggressive growth habit.

Uses: great for jams and jellies, may be dried or frozen or preserved in vinegars.
