Leaves are almost maroon at the margins, and rich amber to burnt orange in the center with purple-pink undersides, in fall they turn to red all over. Tiny, creamy flowers appear early summer. Can be grown with minimal shade, great for combos. Sun tolerant. Attracts butterflies and hummingbirds. Deer resistant.
