Deep rosy red plumes on dwarf plants, green foliage. Blooms from June - August. Clip spent flowers and spikes to encourage more blooming. Attracts bees and butterflies. Showy long-lasting cut flowers. Hot dry sight tolerant. Attracts hummingbirds and butterflies. Rabbit resistant. Salt tolerant.

Can be divided every 3 years in spring or fall. Cut back by 1/2 after flowering. If not cut back in summer, prune down to base growth in late autumn.

Prefers well drained moist soil
Height: 15" tall
Plant 12" - 14" apart
